K'taka govt advises WFH for IT-BT, private firms as heavy rain hits B'luru


Due to heavy rains and an orange alert, the Karnataka government has advised Bengaluru's IT, BT, and private firms to let employees work from home on October 16 for safety reasons. The Indian Meteorological Department forecasts rainfall for the next three days, possibly causing flooding and transport disruptions in Karnataka.
