Zee Entertainment gets shareholders' nod for merger with Sony

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) on Friday said its shareholders have approved the proposal to merge with the rival Culver Max Entertainment Pvt Ltd, formerly known as Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI).
