HC confirms death sentence for man who raped, murdered kid

The Bombay high court on Thursday confirmed a death sentence in heinous and gruesome rape and murder executed by a man in his 20s on a three-year-old child in a 'diabolical manner' in Thane in 2013. The man bludgeoned her head with a rock after raping her and left her to rot in a mud pond.
