Child-lifter rumour: Mentally ill man thrashed

Kamothe police have arrested a 28-year-old mentally unstable youth for allegedly attempting to kidnap a four-year-old girl from near her chawl house in Sector-14, Kamothe, around 10.30 pm on Thursday.
